SysnoLITE™ engineered cellular concrete is a lightweight foamed or aerated concrete produced by adding stable foam into cement slurry or cement mortar slurry. Densities from 300 to 1800 kg/m³ can be produced for compressive strength ranging from 0.5 to 25 MPa.

Production of SysnoLITE™ Cellular Concrete
SysnoLITE™ cellular concrete is produced by blending cement or mortar slurry with a stable foam. The base material consists of cement and water or cement, sand and water mixed together with a mixing equipment. The foam is produced mechanically with the help of a foam generator by using a foaming agent. The foam is added to the base mix which increases the volume and therefore reduces the density of the cellular concrete. This makes the cellular concrete lighter in weight.
